When Trust Becomes Currency: Accessing Our Human Superpowers
In a world turned upside down, we invite you to discover how to access the most powerful resource available to us as humans: our collective intelligence. This immersive workshop experience guides participants through the process of building relational sanctuaries that nourish, resource, and expand our capacity for fulfilling connections.
Discover How To:
Transform distrust into trust, freeing the energy spent defending against ghosts of the past
Access the human superpowers of collaboration, co-regulation, and co-creativity
Build relational resilience that sustains you through times of uncertainty
Create sanctuaries of connection that resource rather than deplete
Recognize and respond to the body's signals for safety, connection, and boundaries
Alchemize social anxiety into genuine connection with yourself and others
Find comfort in vulnerability, allowing yourself to be truly seen and known
Activate your authentic voice and feel empowered using it
Breathe deeper, feel more, and expand your capacity for intimacy
Workshop Principles:
When animals are safe, they play.
Safety isn't just physical—it's relational. Learn how to create the conditions where your nervous system can relax, allowing creativity and joy to naturally emerge.
Alone we are screwed; together we can do it.
Our mammalian brains are wired for connection. Discover how to leverage the collective intelligence that emerges when we truly collaborate rather than compete.
The slower the deeper.
In a world that values speed, we'll practice the revolutionary act of slowing down to access deeper wisdom, connection, and presence.
The smaller the bigger.
By focusing on subtle sensations and micro-movements in the body, we access profound shifts in our relational patterns and capacity for intimacy.
Alone with too much is traumatizing; together with enough is integrating.
Learn how shared experience transforms overwhelming emotions into opportunities for healing and growth.
The Journey
We begin by establishing somatic safety—grounding in the present moment and developing awareness of both individual and group intelligence. From this foundation, we'll gently expand beyond isolation bubbles to experience being known beneath our adaptive strategies.
As we courageously show up in authenticity, we'll taste the freedom that comes from letting go of narrative agendas and welcoming what wants to emerge in the moment. Together, we'll unlock the tribal intelligence that lies dormant when we're separated, and discover how trust becomes the new currency in a world desperate for genuine connection.
Join us for this transformative experience where you'll not only learn to access your innate capacities for connection but also contribute to creating the relational sanctuaries our world so desperately needs right now.
What to Expect
Friday Evening: Embodied Safety & Presence
The workshop opens with movement and embodiment practices designed to ground you in your physical experience. Our opening circle invites everyone to feel themselves while being held in the embodied presence of the group.
We'll engage in practices that reinstate our active defenses to threat—our legs and arms, our flight and fight responses—allowing each person to "trust oneself among others" by listening to and honoring these responses in connection with others. This foundation of embodied safety becomes our launchpad for the deeper work to come.
Saturday Morning: Awakening Tribal Intelligence
Saturday is devoted to awakening the tribal intelligence through somatic relational practices. We'll work in groups of three, opening up to intimacy with the more vulnerable parts of our bodies and beings. These practices create a container where authentic connection can flourish beyond our habitual patterns.
Saturday Afternoon: Co-Creating Heart's Desires
The afternoon focuses on co-creating experiences that allow each person to embody their heart's desire—while also inviting the associated fear, shame, and trauma to come along for the ride.
The tribe opens up an even larger field of permission that invites individuals to expand beyond their imagination while feeling the tribe's enthusiasm that emerges when one person moves through their fears. We step into a space where we experience the principle that "reality is always better than I imagine," sowing new seeds of possibilities and potential in each person's core.
Saturday Evening: The Temple of Play
Saturday night welcomes us into the Temple of Play—a space guided by our innate embodied wisdom. This sacred playground honors the truth that "nobody knows how to love each other, yet we all know what love feels like."
Here, we practice continually dropping what we "think we are doing" to follow the most subtle movement impulses into the next fold of engagement, connection, and adventure. The collective field becomes both mirror and catalyst for our individual expression.
Sunday: Integration & Community Circle
Sunday is devoted to community circle, process, and integration. After a deep embodiment practice, we'll gather for Circle Somatica—a somatic collective experience where we feel ourselves in the presence of each other and invite what is emerging.
Selected shares will go deeper, guided by somatic psychotherapist Buster Radvik, and be reflected and mirrored back by group members. This collective witnessing creates pathways for integration that continue long after the workshop ends.
The workshop concludes with soft primal play and belly-to-belly practices, inviting our nervous systems to recalibrate with the new currency: trust. We'll take a deep collective breath, honoring the journey we've shared and the relational resilience we've cultivated together.

About the Facilitator
Buster Rådvik, MA Psychology
As a certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist, Buster Rådvik brings over 25 years of experience in clinical practice and research in the fields of personal growth, professional development, and relational awareness. He specializes in embodiment, intimacy, communication, relational trauma, nervous system regulation, secure attachment and collective healing.
Perhaps most importantly, Buster's work stems deeply from his own lived experience. He practices what he preaches and sees himself as someone who – through his profound interest in the human experience – has developed this approach, first and foremost, as a way to find meaning and thrive in his own life.
Buster draws his approach from a journey of over a decade of living in intentional communities, combined with his career in professional dance and choreography, studies and practices of various body-centered disciplines of awakening.
From there, the desire to share this gift with others developed. But he does not view himself as an 'expert' who tells others how to 'be' – he is much more so a 'facilitator of experiences' and fellow learner on the path.
Buster's gift lies in his eloquent execution and powerful ability to create a safe space for individuals and groups to fearlessly navigate their emotional bodies as the pathway to liberation.
"People are longing to be less imprisoned by their personalities."
